Our hotel , VIRGINROSE RESORTS is looking for a professional Receptionist with a minimum of Two years experience to join our already thriving team and who will be responsible for; Key Responsibilities: - Greeting and welcoming guests upon arrival. - Performing all check-in and check-out tasks. - Answering inquiries from guests about hotel services, facilities, and hours of operation. - Managing online and phone reservations. - Informing customers about payment methods and verifying their credit card data. - Registering guests collecting necessary information (like contact details and exact date of their stay). - Ensuring all guest information is accurate and up to date. - Providing information about the hotel, available rooms, rates and amenities. - Responding to clients complaints in a timely and professional manner. - Liaising with our housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean and tidy to accommodate guests needs. - Upselling additional facilities and services, when appropriate. - Maintaining updated records of bookings and payments. - Maintaining a clean and organized front desk area. Requirements: - Candidates should possess a degree in hotel management or other relevant field. - Work experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent, Receptionist. - Experience with hotel reservations software, like Biodux is a plus. - Customer service attitude. - Excellent communication and organizational skills.
