Key Responsibilities:
- Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing them appropriately.
- Answering, screening and forwarding incoming phone calls.
- Receiving and sorting daily mail.
- Greets patients in the facilities and over the phone.
- Assists medical/healthcare professionals and patients appropriately.
- Schedules appointments for patients.
- Performs clerical and administrative tasks.
- Prepares medical files and reports.
- Maintains and keeps patient information confidential.
- Maintain assigned medicinal supplies and equipment.
Requirements:
- OND/HND/B.Sc. degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- 0-3 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative support role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
- Professional demeanor with a positive attitude.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Familiarity with office equipment (e.g., printers, copiers, fax machines) is a plus.
