About the Role

Sabaplus Homes & Investment Ltd is seeking a competent, strategic, and experienced Real Estate Manager to oversee operations, drive sales performance, and provide leadership across our growing portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily operations of the company
• Drive sales growth, supervise teams, and ensure targets are met
• Develop and execute marketing and business expansion strategies
• Manage client relationships and handle high-level negotiations
• Oversee property documentation, allocation, and customer satisfaction
• Prepare periodic reports and support executive decision-making

Requirements

• Minimum of 3–5 years' experience in real estate management or similar role
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Proven ability to manage teams and deliver results
• Good knowledge of the Port Harcourt real estate market
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
