Radio Presenter / Producer at Radio Now FM

About the Role

Are you passionate about radio, storytelling, and connecting with an audience? Do you have the creativity and technical skills to both produce and present compelling radio content? We're looking for a dynamic Producer/Presenter to join our team and help bring our station's voice to life.

As a Producer/Presenter, you'll wear two hats — creating high-quality radio content behind the scenes and delivering it on-air with energy and authenticity. You'll play a key role in shaping the sound of our station, developing original segments, and engaging with listeners across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, produce, and present live or pre-recorded radio shows and segments
• Generate original ideas and create content that resonates with our audience
• Write scripts, edit audio, and curate playlists
• Conduct live interviews and facilitate engaging discussions
• Collaborate with the wider production and editorial team
• Ensure all content adheres to broadcasting standards and station guidelines
• Maintain social media presence and support multimedia content when needed

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 2 - 4 years of proven experience in radio production and/or presenting (portfolio or demo required)
• Strong verbal communication and storytelling skills
• Excellent audio editing and scripting ability (experience with tools such as Adobe Audition or Audacity)
• Confident on-air presence with a relatable, engaging style
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
• Passion for music, news, culture, or relevant niche content
• Comfortable with social media and digital platforms

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with podcasting or live streaming
• Familiarity with broadcasting software and studio equipment
• Strong network of potential guests, contributors, or musicians
