Role Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare estimates, quotations, and tender documents
• Interpret drawings and specifications to determine material quantities
• Track budgets, costs, and variations throughout project stages
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors
• Manage contracts, change orders, and project documentation
• Liaise with project teams for valuations and progress claims
• Prepare reports, cash flow forecasts, and final account summaries

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in construction or the door industry
• Strong understanding of door systems, hardware, and building regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and estimating software
