About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join our team as a Quantity Surveyor.
Key Responsibilities
- Price and forecast the cost of different materials
- Prepare documents, bills, and related documentation
- Track changes in designs and construction developments
- Liaise with contractors to ensure project alignment
- Process payments to subcontractors
- Write reports and maintain project documentation
Requirements
- B.Sc or HND in Quantity Surveying or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of working experience in construction management or a related field
- Related professional courses are an added advantage
