About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for estimating construction costs and providing accurate quantity and cost verification services to support the project team. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of cost control in the construction industry.

Compensation

Salary range: ₦300,000 – ₦350,000 monthly gross

Key Responsibilities

• Compute takeoff and measurement of construction work for consultants' tender documents and design drawings
• Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for road and building projects
• Prepare tender documentation and cost estimates
• Measure and value work done on-site, including structural, architectural, and MEP works
• Prepare bills for engineering measurement and evaluation
• Maintain records and produce periodic reports of quantities and activities
• Conduct valuation and inspection of completed works
• Evaluate and monitor the cost of site resources
• Analyze project progress and prepare detailed cost reports

Education & Experience

• Minimum of B.Sc. in Building or Quantity Surveying
• 3–4 years of relevant work experience in quantity surveying within a well-structured construction environment
• Membership of a recognized professional surveyor body (preferred)
