Key Responsibilities: - Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities - Control project costs and monitor variations - Prepare interim valuations and final accounts - Advise management on cost-saving strategies. Requirements: - HND/BSc in Quantity Surveying - Minimum of 6–8 years relevant experience - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - High level of intelligence and professional judgment - Experience in real estate or construction projects.
