Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our real estate development team in Lekki, Lagos. The ideal candidate must have strong cost management skills and the ability to work independently on construction projects from inception to completion. Key Requirements  - Minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience in quantity surveying and construction - Proven experience working on real estate and building projects - Ability to work independently and manage multiple construction projects - Strong project management and cost control skills - Proficiency in CAD and QS softwares (AutoCAD and related tools) - Good understanding of construction methods, materials, and contracts - Strong analytical, reporting, and negotiation skills Required Qualifications:   - BSc or HND in Quantity Surveying - MSc in Quantity Surveying / Construction Management (added advantage) - NIQS membership or REGISTRATION (added advantage) Key Responsibilities:   - Prepare Bills of Quantities, cost estimates, and budgets - Monitor project costs and ensure value for money - Prepare and evaluate tender documents and contractor valuations - Manage variations, interim payments, and final accounts - Provide cost advice and financial reports to management - Work closely with project managers, engineers, and site teams What We Offer  - Competitive remuneration - Opportunity to work on high-value real estate developments - Professional growth within a dynamic development company
