Quantity Surveyor

Role Description: - Liaise with site engineers to prepare regular monthly progress reports for all projects; - Valuation of work-done on site (Monthly basis); - Liaise with sore/procurement officers to obtain and develop a detailed report of materials on/off site for valuation purposes; - Conduct regular site visits to evaluate ongoing works and confirm compliance with project specifications and contract bill of quantities; - Tracking of change order requests and approval by consultants. Required Qualifications: - Ability to analyze and interprete technical materials effectively and accurately; - Strong knowledge of engineering drawings and specifications; - Ability to develop and deliver detailed cost and progress reports of all projects on a regular monthly basis; - Strong attention to details and accuracy; - Ability to manage multiple projects within timelines; - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
