Quality & Order Manager

Position Overview: - We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Quality and Order Manager to oversee our order fulfillment, inventory, and procurement processes. - This role is responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards, accurate order delivery, efficient inventory management, and effective vendor relationships. - The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage quality control procedures across fulfillment operations, including inspections and audits. - Oversee inventory planning, stock rotation, and optimization strategies to ensure availability and accuracy. - Manage the end-to-end order fulfillment process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery. - Supervise procurement activities including vendor selection, supplier performance, and contract management. - Monitor performance metrics, generate reports, and implement continuous improvement initiatives. - Collaborate with customer service to resolve order-related issues and address customer feedback. - Provide leadership and direction to unit managers in procurement, fulfillment, inventory, and quality control. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree/HND in relevant academic field - Minimum of 2 years’ experience in quality control, order fulfillment, inventory, or procurement, with leadership experience. - Strong knowledge of quality management, inventory systems, and procurement best practices. - Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office tools. - Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills. - Strong communication and customer service orientation.
