Quality Improvement Specialist at Marigold Hospital and Critical Care Center

About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Lagos. You will design and implement quality improvement initiatives, monitor performance metrics, and ensure compliance with established quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze existing processes and identify areas for improvement
• Design and implement quality improvement initiatives
• Monitor and evaluate performance metrics
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to implement best practices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, nursing, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of Quality Improvement and Performance Improvement methodologies
• Proficiency in Quality Management and Quality Assurance
• Knowledge of healthcare standards and regulations
• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to identify issues, analyze data, and implement solutions
• Familiarity with healthcare regulations and accreditation processes
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with multidisciplinary teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in quality improvement, lean, or Six Sigma
• Prior experience in a clinical or hospital environment
