About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join our quality control team.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor calls of our agents
- Investigate customer complaints regarding quality issues and develop solutions
- Record, compile, and prepare reports for analysis and evaluation
- Investigate and correct customer issues and complaints relating to quality
Requirements
- B.Sc or Diploma in a related field
- 2 - 5 years of work experience
- Excellent MS Office knowledge
- Good computer skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven experience as a quality inspector or in a relevant role
- A keen eye for detail and a results-driven approach
- Responsible and trustworthy
- Knowledge of quality control standards and testing methodologies
