Key Responsibilities

• Monitor calls of our agents
• Investigate customer complaints regarding quality issues and develop solutions
• Record, compile, and prepare reports for analysis and evaluation
• Investigate and correct customer issues and complaints relating to quality

Requirements

• B.Sc or Diploma in a related field
• 2 - 5 years of work experience
• Excellent MS Office knowledge
• Good computer skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven experience as a quality inspector or in a relevant role
• A keen eye for detail and a results-driven approach
• Responsible and trustworthy
• Knowledge of quality control standards and testing methodologies
