Job description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional. - Monitor calls of our agents - Investigate customer complaints regarding quality issues and develop a solution. - Record, compile, and prepare reports for analysis and evaluation. - Investigate (and correct) customer issues and complaints relating to quality. Requirements: - B.Sc or Diploma in related field - 3 - 5-year work experience. - Excellent MS Office knowledge - Good computer skills - Excellent verbal and written communications skill - Proven experience as quality inspector or relevant role - A keen eye for detail and a results-driven approach - Responsible and trustworthy - Knowledge of quality control standards and testing methodologies.
