A construction company is seeking an experienced QA/QC Manager to oversee all quality assurance and control activities across projects and the organization. Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance procedures, systems, and controls are current and effectively implemented
• Maintain and regularly update the compliance manual and all procedure documentation
• Develop and review Standards of Conduct to guide management and staff appropriately
• Develop and implement project-specific quality assurance programs based on ISO 9001:2015
• Prepare and monitor project QA/QC budgets to ensure efficient resource allocation
• Oversee and ensure effective implementation of quality control programs on projects
• Monitor project material usage against design and specification requirements
• Manage project quality compliance with codes, standards, regulations, and contractual requirements
• Identify and facilitate certification and training requirements for QA/QC personnel
• Manage comprehensive QA/QC documentation, including certificates, calibration records, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports, site instructions, and materials records
• Develop and maintain written quality assurance and control procedures
• Conduct on-site and laboratory testing to confirm material and work conformity
• Establish and maintain standard documentation and processes for construction quality management
• Analyze quality data to proactively address issues and recommend solutions

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or any relevant field
• Registered with a recognized professional engineering or QA/QC association
• 5 - 7 years of relevant professional experience
