Quality Assurance / Quality Control Officer at Rosettee Construction

Job Summary

We are seeking a meticulous and technically competent QA/QC Officer to ensure all construction activities, materials, and workmanship comply with established quality standards, project specifications, and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing, implementing, and monitoring effective quality assurance and control procedures that guarantee excellence, compliance, and durability in every aspect of our engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality control procedures aligned with project specifications, industry standards, and regulations
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of construction sites, materials, and equipment
• Perform testing and measurement of materials and components to verify durability and performance
• Review drawings and project plans to identify potential quality issues and recommend corrective actions
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to resolve quality-related challenges
• Document and report nonconformities, deficiencies, and deviations, ensuring prompt corrective and preventive actions
• Evaluate subcontractors and suppliers for compliance with quality requirements
• Provide training and technical guidance to site teams on QA/QC procedures and best practices
• Maintain up-to-date records and reports, including inspection logs, test results, and compliance certificates
• Coordinate field testing, inspection, and certification of works in accordance with project and contractual requirements
• Manage QA/QC documentation such as NCRs, inspection requests, calibration records, and material approvals
• Ensure timely closure of NCRs and adherence to corrective actions
• Stay informed on industry standards (ISO, ASTM, BS), new technologies, and best practices
• Promote a culture of quality excellence and continuous improvement across the organization
