## Title: Quality Assurance/Quality Control Officer
About the Role
This position offers a great opportunity for career growth. The ideal candidate will have 4–5 years of relevant work experience, strong attention to detail, and a solid understanding of quality management systems, inspection procedures, and compliance standards within the construction environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain QA/QC procedures, inspection checklists, and quality documentation
- Conduct routine inspections, material testing, and audits to ensure compliance with project specifications and regulatory standards
- Monitor and verify construction and engineering processes to ensure adherence to design and safety standards
- Identify non-conformities, recommend corrective actions, and ensure timely resolution
- Prepare quality reports, documentation, and progress summaries for management and clients
- Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and external stakeholders to ensure consistent quality across all phases of the project
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with ISO and company-specific quality systems
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quality Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 4–5 years experience in QA/QC roles within the construction, civil works, or engineering industry
- Strong knowledge of quality control procedures, material standards, and inspection techniques
- Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 standards and other relevant quality frameworks
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and reporting skills
- Strong communication and team collaboration abilities
