Job description
A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related field (e.g., Nursing, Medical Laboratory Science, Pharmacy, Public Health, or Health Administration).
- A master’s degree in healthcare quality management or health administration is preferable but not required.
Professional Certifications are desirable
Quality Assurance/Quality Management Certifications
- Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ)
- Quality Management Systems certification
Oncology-related training:
- Basic oncology care or cancer treatment protocols
Patient Safety Certification (e.g., WHO Patient Safety Curriculum)
Work Experience
- 2–5 years in healthcare quality assurance or clinical governance.
- Experience in oncology or outpatient care settings is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with clinical audits, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
Skills:
- Knowledge of NCCN guidelines, ICARE standards, and local regulatory frameworks.
- Understanding of clinical workflows in cancer treatment (chemotherapy, radiotherapy, diagnostics).
- Data analysis and reporting for quality indicators.
- Excellent communication and training skills for staff compliance.
