## Title: Quality Assessment Officer – Public Health

About the Role

We are seeking qualified health officers to join our team in providing quality assessment and facility audits in hospitals and other healthcare institutions. This is a contract position expected to last 6 to 8 weeks of monitoring activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess assigned hospitals and health facilities and develop scores in line with global best practice
  • Lead and participate in infection prevention and control (IPC) training for hospitals
  • Function in the sales and distribution of specialized IPC chemicals for hospitals and health facilities
  • Participate in demand-side lead-generation activities for clients
  • Perform other assigned responsibilities as needed

Required Qualifications

  • BSc Degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience
  • Computer literacy

Preferred Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of clinical experience
  • Nursing qualification (newly qualified nurses with exceptional analytical and documentation skills are encouraged to apply)
  • Strong analytical and documentation skills

Compensation

Remuneration is variable depending on the number of facilities assessed.
