## Title: Quality Assessment Officer – Biochemist
About the Role
We are seeking a qualified Quality Assessment Officer to join our team in providing quality assessment and facility audits in hospitals and other healthcare institutions. This contract-based position is expected to last 6 to 8 weeks of monitoring activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess assigned hospitals and health facilities and develop scores in line with global best practice standards
- Lead and participate in IPC (Infection Prevention and Control) training for hospitals
- Function in the sales and distribution of specialized IPC chemicals for hospitals and health facilities
- Participate in demand-side lead-generation activities for clients
- Complete other assigned responsibilities as needed
Requirements
- BSc Degree in a relevant field
- Minimum 2 years of work experience
- Clinical experience is advantageous (newly qualified nurses with exceptional analytical and documentation skills may also apply)
- Computer literacy required
- Strong analytical and documentation skills
Compensation
Variable depending on the number of facilities assessed.
