- Monitor critical production stages including ball milling, spray drying, pressing, glazing, drying, and kiln firing
- Ensure compliance with technical specifications such as tile dimensions, water absorption, mechanical strength, color consistency, and surface finish
- Maintain in-process quality checks to detect and correct issues early
Finished Product Inspection
- Conduct dimensional accuracy checks (length, width, thickness, straightness, squareness)
- Assess surface quality (glaze, printing, color variation, defects such as pinholes, cracks, warpage)
- Perform mechanical tests such as breaking strength, abrasion resistance, water absorption, and thermal shock resistance
- Approve or reject finished tiles based on established quality benchmarks and ISO/EN standards
Quality Documentation & Improvement
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly QC reports for management review
- Monitor rejection/rework rates and provide root cause analysis
- Collaborate with production, maintenance, and R&D teams to improve product quality
Required Qualifications & Experience
