QA/QC Engineer

We are looking for a qualified candidate to fill this position. Position Overview: - The QA/QC Engineer will oversee the implementation of quality control procedures for MEPF systems, conduct inspections and tests, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. - You will ensure that all systems comply with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and project specifications. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement MEPF quality control plans and procedures. - Conduct inspections and tests at various stages of MEPF installations and commissioning. - Collaborate with project teams to identify and resolve MEPF quality issues. - Monitor and analyze MEPF quality performance metrics, generate reports, and present findings to management. - Ensure compliance with MEPF-related codes, standards, and regulations. - Provide guidance and training to project teams on MEPF quality control processes. - Participate in the selection and evaluation of MEPF subcontractors and suppliers. - Review MEPF design and construction documents for quality compliance. - Conduct MEPF risk assessments and contribute to hazard mitigation strategies. - Stay updated with industry advancements, new technologies, and emerging standards related to MEPF systems. - Assist employees to ensure knowledge of all quality standards, ensure compliance to all quality manuals and procedures and collaborate with contractors and suppliers to maintain the quality of all systems. - Analyse all products and non-conformance processes and evaluate all documents to ensure the maintenance of optimal quality and prepare monthly reports to evaluate performance. Required Qualifications: & Experience - Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering - Certifications such as Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) are a plus. - Minimum of 5 years of QA/QC experience in MEPF systems within the building services industry. - Hands-on experience with MEPF installations, testing, and commissioning processes. - In-depth understanding of MEPF systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection). - Familiarity with MEPF testing equipment, quality control software, and tools.
