QA / QC Engineer at Daiik Engineering Ltd

About the Role

We are seeking a qualified QA/QC Engineer to ensure products and projects meet quality and compliance standards. In this role, you will develop quality control systems, implement inspection and test plans, and perform daily inspections to maintain the highest standards of quality and safety.

Core Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality control plans, procedures, and standards to ensure products and projects meet all requirements
• Prepare and maintain quality-related documentation, including method statements, inspection test plans (ITPs), and daily/weekly reports
• Conduct inspections of materials and workmanship to ensure compliance with project standards and specifications
• Review project documentation and identify non-conformances
• Investigate root causes of quality issues and implement corrective actions
• Ensure all activities and products comply with relevant codes, standards, and regulations
• Perform internal audits and review QA/QC organizations and procedures submitted by contractors
• Coordinate with project teams, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to address quality concerns
• Participate in lessons learned sessions to identify best practices and enhance processes
