Key Responsibilities

Procurement & Sourcing

• Identify reliable suppliers and vendors for solar components, metal materials, tools, and technical equipment
• Request quotations, analyze bids, and recommend cost-effective options without compromising quality
• Conduct market research to stay updated on pricing, material availability, and industry trends

Purchase Management

• Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely approval and processing
• Track delivery schedules and follow up with suppliers to ensure timely supply of goods and services
• Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation

Supplier Management

• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure quality and timely delivery
• Evaluate vendor performance regularly based on price, quality, and reliability
• Resolve issues related to delivery delays, damaged goods, or contract disputes

Inventory & Material Coordination

• Coordinate closely with the warehouse and production teams to determine material needs
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment
• Support forecasting of material usage for solar and metal-tech projects

Compliance & Cost Control

• Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and regulations
• Maintain cost efficiency through negotiation and strategic sourcing
• Assist in budgeting and cost analysis for procurement operations
