PSEA Focal Point

Responsibilties PSEA Systems & Compliance: - Establish, implement, and monitor PSEA systems in line with AISVIP policies, NHF requirements, and inter-agency standards. - Ensure confidential, survivor-centered reporting and referral pathways for SEA complaints. - Maintain secure documentation and tracking of PSEA cases in compliance with data protection standards. Capacity Building & Awareness: - Conduct regular PSEA training and refresher sessions for staff, volunteers, partners, and community focal points. - Lead community awareness activities on PSEA rights, reporting mechanisms, and zero-tolerance principles. Coordination & Referral: - Serve as AISVIP’s focal point with the inter-agency PSEA Network and relevant coordination platforms. - Coordinate with Protection, Accountability/AAP, HR, and Management teams on SEA prevention and response. Monitoring & Reporting: - Monitor PSEA risks and mitigation measures within project activities. - Contribute PSEA-related inputs to donor reports, internal updates, and risk assessments. Safeguarding & Ethics: - Promote a culture of ethical conduct, accountability, and safeguarding across all project sites. - Support investigations and referrals in line with organizational and inter-agency protocols. Required Qualifications: - Interested candidates should possess a BEd / Bachelor of Law Degree with 4 - 10 years experience.
