Provider Liason Officer

An established company is recruiting for the following position. Key Responsibilities: include but not limited to: - Relationship Management: Building and maintaining positive partnerships with healthcare providers, including hospitals and clinics. - Network Oversight: Conducting regular site visits to ensure provider compliance with our guidelines and quality standards. - Conflict Resolution: Acting as the primary point of contact to resolve disputes and billing discrepancies. - Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, analytical skills, and knowledge of national health insurance schemes are crucial.  - Ensuring quality of care and compliance with standards. - Driving operational efficiency and financial performance for the region.  - Ensuring high satisfaction, handling complaints, and managing client relationships. - HMO experience is an added advantage
