Job description

A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent. Responsibilties Protection Service Delivery: - Provide quality GBV and child protection services, including identification, safe referrals, follow-up, and support to survivors and at-risk individuals. - Support case management processes in line with inter-agency standards and confidentiality protocols. - Facilitate psychosocial support (PSS) activities, awareness sessions, and community dialogues. Community-Based Protection: - Support the establishment and strengthening of community protection committees and protection champions networks. - Engage community leaders, women, youth, and persons with disabilities to identify risks and implement locally driven protection solutions. - Support implementation of Community Protection Micro-Initiatives (CPMIs). Monitoring, Reporting & Coordination: - Document protection concerns, referrals, and activities using approved tools and systems, including digital platforms where applicable. - Contribute to protection monitoring, risk analysis, and early-warning mechanisms. - Participate in Protection Sector, GBV Sub-Sector, and Child Protection AoR coordination at LGA level. Safeguarding & Accountability: - Ensure survivor-centered, ethical, and confidential service delivery in compliance with safeguarding and PSEAH policies. - Promote accountability to affected populations (AAP) and safe feedback and complaint mechanisms within communities. Required Qualifications: - Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor of Law Degree with 3 - 10 years experience.
