Property Manager

Position Overview: - We are seeking a proactive and organized Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of all our landed properties. - You will be the primary point of contact for tenants and buyers, ensuring high customer satisfaction and occupancy rate, while managing timely maintenance, leasing, and optimal financial performance. Key Responsibilities: - Tenant Relations: Manage tenant inquiries, complaints, and service requests promptly. - Leasing & Marketing: Manage property listings and advertising, screen prospective tenants/buyers, and negotiate/execute lease agreements. - Maintenance & Operations: Coordinate repairs, routine inspections, and manage third-party contractors/vendors. - Financial Management: Oversee rent collection, manage operating budgets, and provide regular financial reports. - Compliance: Ensure all property operations comply with local, state, and federal housing laws and safety regulations. Requirements: - Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field. - Proven experience as a Property Manager (minimum of 3-5 years). - Strong understanding of landlord-tenant laws. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills. - Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant digital tools. - Real Estate License or relevant certifications are highly desirable.
