About the Role

We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates for the position of Project Supervisor. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring telecommunications projects from initiation to completion, while ensuring adherence to project objectives, safety standards, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor telecommunications projects from initiation to completion
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgeting
• Oversee all phases of telecom projects, ensuring adherence to project objectives and specifications
• Manage the deployment of new telecom sites and the upgrade of existing ones
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely and quality site build and upgrades
• Plan and oversee tower retrofit projects, ensuring structural integrity and compliance with industry standards
• Implement maintenance schedules for towers, including torque checks and necessary repairs
• Lead operations management efforts, ensuring efficient and effective day-to-day operations
• Manage all civil works related to telecom projects, including foundations, shelters, and access roads
• Manage project timelines and budgets, tracking expenses and resource allocation to optimize project efficiency
• Oversee the implementation of new network systems, including hardware, software, and infrastructure
• Maintain and update the site database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
• Generate detailed project reports for stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, and mitigation strategies
• Ensure seamless integration of new technologies into existing networks
• Collaborate with technical teams to address challenges during implementation
• Resolve operational issues promptly and implement process improvements
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory standards, and industry regulations throughout the project lifecycle
