We are seeking an experienced professional for this opening. Role Description - We are looking for a full-time Project Site Supervisor for an on-site role based in Lagos. The Project Site Supervisor will oversee day-to-day operations at project sites, ensuring design plans are executed effectively and efficiently. Responsibilities include coordinating with contractors and vendors, monitoring project progress, maintaining compliance with project specifications and timelines, and resolving any on-site challenges. The supervisor will act as a key liaison between the design team and field teams to ensure seamless communication and delivery of projects. On-Site Execution & Quality Control - Directly supervise all on-site installation activities, ensuring adherence to architectural drawings, design specifications, and quality standards. - Conduct daily inspections to verify installation specifications, material compliance, and detail finishing. - Ensure synergies between on-site contractors - ⁠Ensure no do-overs Site Compliance - Enforce strict site protocols- cleanliness and safety rules. Reporting & Documentation - Provide daily site progress reports with photos, highlighting delays/dependencies, challenges, and solutions. RFI forms, and as-built sketches. Site Representation - Represent the company in professional manner on site. - Carry out clear explanation of progress on site during walkthroughs. Problem-Solving - Ability to assess on-site problems in real-time and make effective yet practical decisions that keep work moving forward safely and correctly. Who you are: - A Solid and Tactical Communicator - A Proactive Pro: You have the ability to spot potential needs and bottlenecks before they become major challenges. - A Problem Solver Required Qualifications: - Project management and site supervision experience, including the ability to monitor timelines and quality standards - Understanding of interior design and renovation processes, with knowledge of furniture, fixtures, and equipment installation - Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills to liaise with contractors, clients, and team members effectively - Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment - Proficiency in interpreting blueprints or design plans and ensuring proper execution - A bachelor's degree or diploma in construction management, interior design, engineering, architecture, or a related field - Previous experience in a similar supervisory role is highly advantageous
