## Title: Project Pharmacist
About the Role
Prime Care Health is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Pharmacist to oversee and manage pharmacy, clinic, and satellite operations. This pivotal role involves coordinating daily activities, ensuring operational efficiency, leading staff, implementing marketing initiatives, providing project oversight, and driving overall business profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage daily activities across all units, ensuring operational efficiency and high-quality service delivery to patients and clients
- Oversee inventory control, including stocking and restocking procedures
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including patients, healthcare providers, suppliers, and external partners
- Supervise and lead a team of 8 staff members across pharmacy and clinic operations, providing direction, training, and support to ensure high performance and adherence to company standards
- Lead and oversee ongoing and new projects related to pharmacy, clinic, and satellite activities, ensuring timely completion and alignment with business goals
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote pharmacy and clinic services, driving patient engagement and business growth
- Assist in budgeting, financial planning, and accounting for all units, ensuring cost control and maximizing profitability
- Identify areas for cost optimization and process improvements to enhance the financial health of pharmacy and clinic operations
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy with 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Proven experience in facility management or healthcare operations
- Strong leadership and staff management skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Project Management Experience or Certification (advantageous)
