## Title: Project Manager

About the Role

Zealand Contractors Limited is expanding its dynamic team and seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Lagos office. You will play a key role in overseeing construction projects and property operations, ensuring successful delivery and maintaining high standards across all initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide regular updates and reports on all site work and construction progress
  • Supervise and monitor ongoing projects to ensure timely delivery
  • Coordinate plot and property allocation processes
  • Work closely with Surveyors, Site Managers, and Contractors
  • Oversee maintenance and proper use of all office pool vehicles
  • Ensure compliance with project timelines, quality standards, and company policies

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Proven experience in real estate project management or construction supervision
  • Strong knowledge of site operations and property allocation processes
  • Excellent coordination and reporting skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects effectively
  • Valid driver's license and ability to drive
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
