## Title: Project Manager
About the Role
Zealand Contractors Limited is expanding its dynamic team and seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Lagos office. You will play a key role in overseeing construction projects and property operations, ensuring successful delivery and maintaining high standards across all initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide regular updates and reports on all site work and construction progress
- Supervise and monitor ongoing projects to ensure timely delivery
- Coordinate plot and property allocation processes
- Work closely with Surveyors, Site Managers, and Contractors
- Oversee maintenance and proper use of all office pool vehicles
- Ensure compliance with project timelines, quality standards, and company policies
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Proven experience in real estate project management or construction supervision
- Strong knowledge of site operations and property allocation processes
- Excellent coordination and reporting skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects effectively
- Valid driver's license and ability to drive
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
