Key Responsibilities

• Oversee project planning, execution, and completion while ensuring alignment with client needs, timelines, and budgets
• Coordinate team activities and manage project documentation
• Identify and mitigate project risks proactively
• Maintain compliance with company standards and client specifications
• Communicate with stakeholders and provide regular progress updates to leadership and clients
• Track project progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
• Proven Project Management and Team Leadership skills, including planning, execution, and risk management
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects effectively
• Proficiency in Project Management Software and Tools
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and client relationship management skills
• Understanding of Engineering, Telecom, and Electromechanical project requirements
• Demonstrated ability to manage project teams effectively on-site

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2
• Knowledge of Quality Assurance Standards such as ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018
