## Title: Project Manager - Construction

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee construction projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality standards. The successful candidate will lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and drive projects to successful completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables
  • Lead and manage cross-functional project teams, including construction professionals, engineers, and subcontractors
  • Ensure effective communication, collaboration, and issue resolution among all stakeholders
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, including safety, quality, and environmental risks
  • Develop and implement risk management strategies
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and regulatory authorities
  • Ensure stakeholder expectations are met and issues are resolved promptly
  • Track project progress, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions
  • Ensure projects stay on schedule, within budget, and meet quality standards
  • Ensure compliance with construction regulations, industry standards, and company policies
  • Implement quality control measures and safety protocols
  • Develop and manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effectiveness
  • Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, including progress reports and issue escalation

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
  • Proven experience in construction project management (10+ years)
  • Experience with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana)
  • Knowledge of construction industry-specific software (e.g., Autodesk, Revit)
  • Strong knowledge of construction industry practices and standards

Preferred Qualifications

  • Membership in relevant professional bodies (e.g., COREN, MNSE)
