Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and results-driven Remote Project Manager to oversee projects from initiation to completion. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards — all while working in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor projects to ensure timely delivery within scope and budget
• Coordinate with internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners to align project goals
• Develop and maintain project documentation, schedules, and progress reports
• Identify risks, resolve issues, and implement process improvements
• Facilitate virtual meetings, track milestones, and ensure accountability
• Maintain clear and consistent communication across all project phases

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field
• 4-5 years of proven experience managing projects, preferably in a remote or distributed team environment
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira, or Monday.com)
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities

Additional Information

• PMP certification is a plus
• Remote position based in Lagos, Nigeria
• Monthly salary: N500,000
