Project Manager at LinkOrg Networks

Role Summary

We are seeking a motivated Project Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of projects related to LinkOrg Networks' service offerings. You will be responsible for coordinating network expansions, infrastructure upgrades, and service deployments while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

This role requires high-level coordination between technical teams, clients, and external stakeholders, with responsibilities including risk management, resource allocation, and optimization of project workflows to support company growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of projects related to network expansions, infrastructure upgrades, and service deployments
• Coordinate between technical teams, clients, and external stakeholders
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget
• Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Allocate resources effectively and optimize project workflows
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Telecommunications, IT, or a related field
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience managing large-scale projects, preferably in telecommunications or ISP industry
• Proven track record of delivering multiple projects on time and within budget

Preferred Qualifications

• Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile)
• Knowledge of network infrastructure (fiber optics, broadband, satellite communications)
• Experience with service deployments

Technical Skills

• Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Asana, or similar)
• Familiarity with networking technologies and infrastructure (fiber optics, broadband solutions, related equipment)
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing project budgets and forecasting
