## Title: Project Manager
About the Role
We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects within defined timelines and budgets. This hybrid position requires 2 days in office with the remaining days worked remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards
- Prepare and present periodic project reports to management
- Manage resources effectively and ensure accountability
- Lead project meetings, including planning and review sessions
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and donor requirements
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, IT, Social Sciences, or related field
- 2–8 years of proven experience managing projects
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
- Experience using project management tools (e.g., Jira, ClickUp, Asana, MS Project, Trello)

- Excellent organizational abilities
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong risk management expertise
Work Arrangement
Hybrid: 2 days in office, remaining days remote
