About the Role
We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates for the position of Project Manager. This is a hybrid role requiring 2 days in the office and remote work for the remaining days.
The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects within defined timelines and budgets. The role requires strong leadership, communication, coordination, and risk management skills to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards
- Prepare and present periodic project reports to management
- Manage resources effectively and ensure accountability
- Lead project meetings, including planning and review sessions
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and donor requirements
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, IT, Social Sciences, or related field
- 2–8 years of proven experience managing projects
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
- Experience using project management tools (e.g., Jira, ClickUp, Asana, MS Project, Trello)
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Hybrid: 2 days in office, remaining days remote
