We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager to join our expanding team in Lagos. You'll be the driving force behind the execution of large-scale telecommunications projects that shape how Nigeria communicates. Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of telecom projects (fibre, wireless, mobile, 5G, broadband, etc.) on time and within budget
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and field operations
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies to ensure effective project management
• Manage vendor relationships and oversee contract compliance and SLAs
• Track project KPIs, prepare status reports, and provide executive-level updates
• Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and regulatory standards
• Lead stakeholder communication and proactively resolve escalations
• Drive continuous improvement and identify opportunities for process optimization

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, Project Management, or related field
• 5+ years of proven experience managing complex telecom projects in Nigeria or across West Africa
• Strong understanding of telecom infrastructure (fibre optic networks, cellular towers, core network deployment, etc.)

Required Skills

• Excellent leadership, organizational, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure and deliver results
• Strong vendor and stakeholder management capabilities
• Familiarity with project management tools (MS Project, Asana, Jira, etc.)
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, PRINCE2, or relevant project management certification
