Project Manager

Position Overview: - We are seeking a results-driven Project Manager to oversee real estate development projects from land acquisition through construction and final handover. Key Responsibilities: - The role involves coordinating architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, and regulatory authorities to ensure timely and quality project delivery. - Develop comprehensive project execution plans covering design, procurement, construction, and commissioning phases. - Manage project budgets, cost control measures, and financial reporting to ensure profitability and prevent overruns. - Oversee site activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, safety standards, and local building regulations. - Liaise with government agencies to secure permits, approvals, and statutory certifications. - Conduct feasibility reviews, risk assessments, and value engineering exercises. - Monitor contractor performance, certify completed works, and manage variation orders. - Ensure adherence to quality standards and resolve technical or construction-related challenges. - Provide regular progress updates to executive management and key stakeholders. - Maintain accurate project documentation, contracts, and close-out reports. Required Qualifications: - Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, Architecture, or related field. - Mandatory Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional) and COREN certification with proven experience in real estate or property development projects.
