This position offers a great opportunity for career growth. Key Responsibilities: The ideal candidate will (but is not limited to):
  • Plan, execute, and monitor telecommunications projects from initiation to completion.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgeting.
  • Oversee all phases of telecom projects, from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project objectives and specifications.
  • Manage the deployment of new telecom sites and the upgrade of existing ones.
  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely and quality site build and upgrades.
  • Plan and oversee tower retrofit projects, ensuring structural integrity and compliance with industry standards.
  • Implement maintenance schedules for towers, including torque checks and necessary repairs.
  • Lead operations management efforts, ensuring efficient and effective day-to-day operations.
  • Manage all civil works related to telecom projects, including foundations, shelters, and access roads.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
  • Resolve operational issues promptly and implement process improvements.
  • Manage project timelines and budgets, tracking expenses and resource allocation to optimize project efficiency.
  • Oversee the implementation of new network systems, including hardware, software, and infrastructure.
  • Maintain and update the site database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Generate detailed project reports for stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure seamless integration of new technologies into existing networks.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to address any challenges during implementation.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address project risks, escalating issues as necessary to ensure timely resolution.
  • Communicate project status updates to stakeholders, providing regular reports on progress, milestones, and key performance indicators.
  • Participate in project planning and strategy sessions, contributing ideas and recommendations to improve project outcomes.
Requirements:
  • B.Tech/B.Sc. Engineering or Sciences – (2.1 Minimum).
  • Project Management Certification (PMP).
  • Minimum of 3– 5 years experience in Engineering Services, particularly in telecommunications.
