Project Manager

Position Overview: - We are seeking an experienced Project Manager who is a Civil Engineer to oversee and deliver construction projects on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients in Port Harcourt and environs. - As a Project Manager, you will lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and ensure projects are executed according to plan. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute project plans - Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources - Lead and coordinate project teams - Ensure quality, safety, and compliance with client requirements - Communicate with stakeholders and clients - Oversee quantity surveying and cost management. Requirements: - Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Building, Construction etc - 3+ years of experience in project management in the construction industry - Experience in quantity surveying - Certifications like HSC (Health, Safety, and Construction) or equivalent are a plus - Additional certifications in project management (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2) are an advantage - Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
