## Title: Project Management Officer
About the Role
Polaris Digitech Limited is seeking a highly skilled and tech-savvy Project Management Officer to support the delivery of IT-related projects. You will work closely with the Project Manager to oversee field work and utilize project management tools to track project development effectively.
Reports To: Project Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in the contract review process and assist in translating agreed Terms and Conditions into project deliverables
- Communicate delegated project goals and objectives as defined by the Project Manager
- Identify project risks and maintain a risk register
- Support the development of mitigation plans, their implementation, and monitoring
- Prepare project status reports and internal/customer progress reports in collaboration with the Project Manager, Project Accountant, and Administrative Manager
- Support Purchase Order maintenance, including variation management, order tracking, and change management in coordination with Administrative and Finance Managers
- Comply with company and project-specific procedures for reporting progress and issues to meet customer and company requirements
- Develop and manage project plans and reports
- Participate in budget preparation for each project with the Project Manager, Administrative Manager, and Finance Manager
- Manage and facilitate the flow of essential information among company team members
- Maintain project calendars and milestones
- Implement and administer quantitative staffing models to describe staffing resource levels for projects based on their execution requirements
Required Qualifications and Skills
- BSc/HND in Business Administration, Computer Science, Geography, or related discipline
- Maximum 2+ years of post-qualification experience in Project Management
