Key Responsibilities:
Strategic & Business Leadership
- Implement quality control processes to ensure project deliverables meet established standards.
- Create, manage, and monitor project budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
- Define project scope, objectives, and requirements in alignment with stakeholder expectations.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Maintain detailed project documentation, including plans, reports, and activity logs.
- Track project progress, identify risks or gaps, and implement corrective actions where necessary.
- Ensure all project activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
People & Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, landlords, and fit-out vendors.
- Align project goals with organizational objectives and contribute to strategic planning.
- Apply best practices in project management to drive continuous improvement.
Operational Execution
- Oversee shop acquisition and lease negotiations across multiple locations.
- Manage contractors and fit-out vendors to ensure timely and quality delivery.
- Maintain trackers and status reports for all ongoing and completed projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proven experience in lease management across multiple locations.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of securing favorable lease terms.
- Solid understanding of the Nigerian real estate industry.
- Experience managing contractors and fit-out vendors.
- Strong organizational, documentation, and reporting skills.
- Ability to track project progress and ensure operational excellence.
