About the Role

We are seeking a motivated graduate trainee to join our dynamic team in a Project Management role. Key Responsibilities

• Support project managers in planning, coordinating, and executing projects
• Assist in tracking project progress, timelines, and deliverables
• Prepare project reports, documentation, and presentations
• Participate in project meetings and record minutes and action points
• Conduct basic research, data gathering, and analysis to support decision-making
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Learn and apply project management tools, systems, and methodologies

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, or related field
• Strong interest in project management within engineering or technical environments
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to multitask and perform in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Exposure to project management software is an advantage
