Summary
- We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Project Management Coordinator to join our team.
- The successful candidate will support the Project Coordinator in planning, scheduling, and monitoring project activities.
- This role requires strong coordination, organization, and communication skills to ensure timely and quality delivery of expansion projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Support project planning, scheduling, and progress tracking.
- Coordinate with internal teams including Procurement, Finance, and Operations.
- Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and work orders.
- Track budgets, materials, and project timelines.
- Liaise with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely execution.
- Prepare and circulate meeting minutes and follow-up actions.
- Assist with safety, quality, and compliance reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Management, or a related field (Engineering background preferred).
- 2 - 5 years of experience in project coordination, preferably within the construction or manufacturing sector.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and MS Project.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Good understanding of HSE standards in a project environment.
