Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out market research and business intelligence, including qualitative and quantitative research on industry trends, markets, and competitors
• Plan and execute projects with strong analytical and organizational skills
• Monitor project performance by tracking key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, reports, and other essential records
• Facilitate communication between team members and stakeholders to ensure effective information flow
• Support financial planning and budgeting processes
• Identify and source fundraising and grant opportunities
• Prepare grant proposals and project proposals
• Support strategic partnerships and stakeholder engagement initiatives
• Provide technical support for tender and proposal preparation
• Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and KPI frameworks
• Assist with staff management and office administration functions
• Create workflows, define tasks, and develop detailed project plans and timelines
• Work closely with senior team members to ensure accurate and efficient project execution
• Contribute to the overall success of the firm's strategic initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Social Sciences, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Multi-tasking capability with demonstrated attention to detail
• Research-driven mindset and problem-solving orientation
