Project Liaison Officer at Reime West Africa Limited

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic young professional with a background in Engineering or Natural Sciences to serve as a Project Liaison Officer within our telecommunications operations.

This role involves direct interface with clients, coordination of project deliverables, escalation of issues, and overall support of project execution and logistics. The ideal candidate will be physically present at the customer office, representing our team professionally and ensuring seamless communication between stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the on-site representative for the project team at the customer's office
• Attend and actively participate in customer meetings, taking notes and tracking actionable points
• Act as the communication bridge between the customer and internal teams for project delivery updates
• Escalate challenges relating to deliverables, tools, materials, and manpower to the project manager in a timely manner
• Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues from the field
• Coordinate on-site logistics and support for technical teams during deployments or maintenance
• Provide weekly updates and feedback to the Project Manager and contribute to internal status reports
• Assist with inventory tracking, requisitions, and resource scheduling related to project execution
• Maintain a high standard of professionalism and customer service at all times
• Ensure that all project activities on-site comply with safety and operational standards

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Degree or HND in Engineering, Natural Sciences, or related fields
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
• Ability to present technical updates clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Willingness to be physically present at the customer site during business hours
• Basic understanding of telecommunications
