About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join our Advisory team. The Project and Finance Analyst is a key member who will work closely with project teams to analyze project financials, monitor budget adherence, provide financial insights, and support critical decision-making processes. This role involves collaboration with various stakeholders across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct financial analysis on project budgets, expenses, and financial performance
• Identify trends, patterns, and potential risks related to project finances
• Prepare regular financial reports, including variance analysis, forecasting, and budget tracking
• Develop and maintain financial models to support decision-making and scenario analysis
• Conduct comparable analysis, market research, and industrial analysis
• Assist in the preparation of financial presentations for internal and external audiences
• Develop concept briefs, business plans, and investment pitchbooks for company clients
• Identify and mitigate financial risks associated with projects
• Collaborate with project teams to develop project budgets and financial forecasts
• Support the development of accurate financial forecasts and projections
• Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulations
• Review project documentation to verify the accuracy and completeness of financial data
• Prepare and present financial reports and analysis to project teams and management
• Communicate financial insights, trends, and recommendations effectively to stakeholders
• Collaborate with project teams to develop and maintain project financial dashboards
• Provide recommendations for cost optimization and efficiency improvement

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline
• Experience in finance or project management
• Experience in the investment or finance sector (preferred)
• Strong analytical skills
