## Title: Project Coordinator - Nutrition & Community Health Initiative

About the Role

This position offers a great opportunity for career growth within the Women, Children's Health and Community Development (WOCHAD) Initiative. You will provide overall technical and operational leadership for nutrition and community health projects across multiple Local Government Areas (LGAs).

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide overall technical and operational leadership for nutrition projects
  • Develop annual workplans, budgets, activity schedules, and implementation frameworks
  • Coordinate project activities across supported LGAs ensuring quality and timeliness
  • Oversee team management, supervision, coaching, and performance monitoring
  • Lead stakeholder engagement with health departments, community structures, and partner organizations
  • Conduct regular field visits to ensure quality assurance and accountability
  • Ensure compliance with donor and organizational policies, including safeguarding requirements
  • Oversee preparation and timely submission of donor reports and documentation
  • Represent the organization in high-level technical working groups and state review meetings

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Nutrition, Social Sciences, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience managing donor-funded health, nutrition, family planning, TB, or HIV/OVC projects
  • Proven leadership, budgeting, and team management skills
  • Strong stakeholder coordination and relationship management abilities
  • Excellent communication and analytical writing skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Experience overseeing multi-LGA programming (an added advantage)
